Evergreen Living Center is Hiring an Admissions Nurse (LPN,RN) Near Bryant, AR

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admissions Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and admitting patients into our healthcare facility. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for our patients. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs upon admission - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans - Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians - Perform medical procedures such as catheterization, IV insertion, and dermal fillers - Provide critical care to patients in emergency situations - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions for patients between different levels of care (e.g., from assisted living to nursing home) - Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State] - Minimum [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in admissions or a related field - Experience in memory care or working with patients with cognitive impairments is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards - Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in administering injections and performing medical procedures - Ability to provide critical care in emergency situations - Familiarity with family planning services is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as [list any specific benefits].
